We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Service Portal which offers a number of new exciting options to help us connect and better service our clients. Our new features include:
Book an Appointment: Our new appointment booking feature let’s you a choose a time to speak with us which suits you and to make sure we are available and ready to take your call. If you would like to lock in a time to speak with us, simply choose a time and we will contact you.
Make a Payment: Our secure payment portal provides an easy method to process your payments, including by credit card, and is powered and backed by Westpac.
Read Your Documents: If you would like to share any confidential or bulky documents with us, or would like to be able to easily access any documents on your matter, you can do so through our secure document exchange platform.
Instruction Form: This feature provides an easy way for new clients to contact us to let us know what you would like assistance with and how you would like us to communicate with you. As always, we will get back to you promptly with a response to your queries.
Make An Enquiry: If you would like us to call you but you are pressed for time, this is a quick way to get in contact with us and will throw the ball in our court to get back to you as soon as possible!
Recommend Us: If you have enjoyed working with us and would like to recommend us to your friends, colleagues or business contacts who might also need assistance with securing or enforcing their IP, you can email them with the click of a button!
